it's High Dynamic Range Imaging (HDR). I took put the camera on a tripod, took 3 separate photos at 3 different exposure lengths and then combined all 3 images to get the result of a very broad range of light. Check out some of my other HDR shots!

One of my favorite things to shoot is fireworks. In fact the picture that really got me into photography was one I took last year. I like to shoot BULB @ around f11, I started using bulb setting and a trigger because I can watch and time when I want the sutter to close. When using timed settings I found that I would cut the exposure short many times i.e, I would select a 4 second exposure and the firework would take 8 seconds to complete.
Anyway I've uplaoded a few my favorites to my page - please let me what you think (the good and bad) :-)
