what is this camera ????

hey guys so rescently a familyand member unfortunatly passed away and left me this camera

i have no idea who its from what its make and model details are ANYTHING !

all i know is he said he bough it in singapore at the end of the second world war

if any one knows anything about it i woud be greatful
