If you're doing this indoors, powerful light sources will be your friend.

What kind of lens are you using? If your cammie can handle high ISO levels, then give it a slight nudge too.

Don't try to capture this with high shutter speeds and high ISO settings. An off-camera flash is your best bet. The flash, not the shutter speed, will freeze the action. At medium to low power settings, the flash duration will be in around 1/20,000 - 1/40,000 of a second. (Depending on the flash)
