Reporting someone

How do I report this guy? He is using my photo.

I first contacted PictureSocial about it, and never got a response. I also contacted the original photographer, who must have contacted PictureSocial, because the picture was removed the next day. I have subsequently removed all my pictures that didn't have a watermark on them. I originally had about 110 pictures on here, now I have 4. Not sure if I'm going to upload pics anymore. In fact, the person to which I am referring, seems to have a lot of expensive software to offer people for free. I would think twice before giving unknown people your email address and/or downloading anything from him onto your computer.

There is NO justification for stealing the work of another and every day that has passed since this person uploaded this image as a blatant copyright infringement is a day when the moderators of this site have condoned his actions.

You guys need to get yourselves sorted out - if you can't moderate properly, pass the responsibility on to someone who can. It's all very well praising the efforts of others and offering encouragement and being generally nice...you also have to show leadership and PROTECT those who are less experienced by dealing swiftly and harshly with a*sholes like this.

Copyright infringement sours the experience for everyone - PLEASE sort it out

I have removed all of my images until this is dealt with.

Out of interest, WHO are the moderators here?

Thanks mate for the info and for letting us know what is going on here. I'm really quite surprised that anyone can think of using another person's picture for their own ends. It seems so strange. I wonder how people think?

Who knows how many copyright infringements are happening on the internet and how many people are using other people's pictures for their own dishonest gain. Hope it all gets sorted out real good.

Thanks for helping us sort out this issue. Once Terri reported the issue to us using the links at the bottom of the page (Report an Issue), we contacted the person who was infringing on her work and requested for him to remove her photo from his profile. We chose to give him a chance to comply rather than just ban him immediately. But we still didn't receive any message from him so now he has been removed from the site. I'm sorry if this caused any of you concern.

The best way to get a hold of the moderators of this site is to "Report an Issue" located at the bottom of the page.
