Going Somewhere for the Holidays?

Is anyone taking a trip to a good photography location during the holidays? I have always wanted to go to New York for Christmas and to take photos of all the people celebrating the holidays and enjoying winter. I wasn't able to get a trip arranged this year but possibly next year.

New York is a great spot for Photography during this season specially in the city where all the actions are. Me and my friends will be driving to and fro Clearwater Florida from New Jersey on the 21st of December...yup, loooong drive!!! Not solely for photography purposes but also to spend time with family and friends. We might stop over in Maryland for a night on our way back and see what I can shoot :) So, I just hope and pray that we get a good weather during those times.

Clearwater is beautiful!!! trust me. the weather should be nice, we havent had a day of rain since july i think... it's been forever. if you want to go on a day trip, head south to Sarasota, it's not too far from Clearwater, there are some really nice museums, the beaches are gorgeous, and the Ringling Art Museum is there, its worth the trip!!! We go there all of the time!

Thanks Heather! Been to Clearwater twice and I loved it. My friend mentioned about the Honeymoon Island Trail and I hope I'd have the time to go there. Anyway, I will post my pictures as soon as I can.
