Memory Card Reader

Hi all! I thought I'd turn to you all for advice about memory card reader. I am planning to buy one and I'm a bit confused as what to get. I saw a lot of card readers that supports different memory cards including CF Type I and II (which are mostly used on DSLR cameras) I have two CFs - the 4G Sandisk Extreme III and 1G Ultra II. My question is, what type are my memory cards? Type I or II?

wow thanks! I think I fell in love with Epson but it's way too much for my budget. I'll try to check the one on eBay. Thanks again!
