Baby photos...

I have done several photo sessions of children and babies but this client has asked me to do naked shots of her 6 month old and I have no problem doing that but what are the do's and don'ts. I mean I don't see the harm of a cute little baby booty but I will not show private parts due to my personal views. What are your views on this?

i have one of my niece, i love, just a simple side shot, on a black or white sheet(backdrop) with them curled up, is cute, and even fuzzy material makes for a great black and white shot. i agree tho, no private parts showing! other than that, just cute shots.

march 2010, i will have my own 6 months old baby girl's photos. am lookin forward to take her pictures. besides what has been mentioned by 2 photographers earlier, I would like to add, no flash photography at all. Use natural light to take all your shots. baby's positioning is important, to prevent mis-comfort and be patient. Have fun
