Can someone would help me in teaching me how to apply these effects in photoshop?

First of all you need to enhance your photos. You can make it with the help of blending modes (overlay, for example). Here is some information how to use it
Then there is such an effect as vignetting (darkening at the edges). You can find it in Photoshop.

Instead of a step by step tutorial you need to do some home work. In photoshop you need to do tutorials in layers and especially IMAGE. Pull up a full color image in photoshop. Go to IMAGE pull down menu to MODE and then use each item to try on your full color image. Then go down to adjustments and pull down each and every item like vibrance and check using your image to see what happens when you use each item from the menu. Study what happens to your image. Your the photographer find out what effect you like and which one of your images would benifit from that manipulation. There are no shortcuts. No-one can tell you what will work with which of your images. You need to spend the time and find out what look and feel you like. Don't care what the above images were created using. After you have used each item and learned what effect comes from each then you will be able to go back to your images and experiment with your new found knowledge.
Then go to layers. Learn how to use layers and channels. Once again pull down menus and use each one to see which effect you like. After you learn layers you will learn to combine layers with different effects. The knowledge you learn will give you control over your images.
Then go to FILTER pull down to filter gallery. Once again take you image and use each filter and maybe even combine different filters with different layers to create stunning effects that you like.
Then I would also suggest you go to HELP. Pull down and select topics that will teach you even more. Like "how to fix and enhance photos."
Then go to Windows and select tools. Once again use each one of the tools and learn which effect does what and what you like.

The Cactus image was from 4X5 B&W original. I scanned it in color to digital. Then played with Mode to create a color pallet using Filters (sepia) I used hugh and saturation to control the depth of the color. I made a seperate layer just for the sky. Like in an old fashion darkroom I could manipulate the burn and dodge and change contrast.

All these are actions that you can purchase to create these effect. Take a look at Kubota actions and Totally Rad actions. By purchasing these, you can see each step how they are created and you can start creating your own actions!

What i see in these images you posted, is that there are some vintage effects applied along with some texture overlays.
