Second edge: 20 X 300 = 6000
Total pixels, 7500 columns of 6000 pixels = 7500 X 6000 = 45,000,000
at 240 PPI, it would take 28,800,000 pixels.
File size is the result of the actual pixels and compression that can be applied to them so it is difficult to predict the final file size even when you know the number of pixels.
By the way, 20 X 25 is an unusual shape for an image taken by an SLR. Being more square, a lot of cropping is required. If you resize up the short side to 20 inches, the long side is 30 inches, so you are cutting off 5 inches or just under 17%.
