can anyone suggest how to capture a subject when it is moving. specially in low light....for example...in a rock concert or inside a pub??????????/thanks in advance

You will need to use a fast lens wide open and a ISO that is just enough to get the shutter speed you need.

The concerts I've shot, I have used ISO 1000 - 3200 with great results.

I normally shoot in manual mode, but aperture priority works well also.

Hi Abdul, I've covered a few of them concerts and I must agree with Paul about the fast lenses.  Don't hold back using high ISO values, since you will be needing that fast shutter speed to avoid motion blur.
