...you agree not to...Post any content that ..... contains nudity

Yet I see plenty of nudes here. Has the rule been changed and not updated?

Not sure.. seems that the people who run this place are artists and tend to let some of that slide, where it is not over the top. Breasts seem to be allowed without much issue, but I have seen shots below the waist removed. I have seen anything depicting the act of sex removed. I have asked for some things to be removed and they disappear within a few hours. Just seems like they try to take a common sense approach where common sense on the part of the membership is encouraged.

If you have found something offensive, report it.

I don't find nudity offensive. Just wondering what I can share. As long as the rule is up, I don't think I will post any nudes.
Apparently the terms of service are not strictly enforced.  There are at least two groups devoted to nudes.  Without going back and looking up the exact text, I suspect somewhere in the terms of service there is a clause that states the rules may not be enforced but that does not mean they are waived, and the rules may be applied evenly or only to certain photos.  Someone posting something really offensive may find it is quietly deleted, and will have no recourse because the rule is there and it was simply enforced.

Those who can't see the beauty of homo sapiens should avert their eyes. For the rest of humanity, bare on.

Well I looked it up and here's their words:

You agree, through your use of this social network, that you will not use this site to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, invasive to another person's privacy, vulgar, abusive, sexually oriented, obscene, threatening, knowingly innaccurate, hateful, or otherwise violative of any law.

The way I see it is similar to Vincent's statement;

Those who can't see the beauty of homo sapiens should avert their eyes. For the rest of humanity, bare on.

We came into this world naked and we'll leave this world naked, all we have in between is - our dignity and self respect. Now I agree that if it's pornographic it shouldn't be posted, but I see nothing wrong with the bare body when it's done in a respectful and meaningful manner for both the subject and the viewer, hence a common sense approach.

Many blessings
