Constructive Feedback/Help

I am just now getting started with my photography and am needing some helpful tips, tricks, and suggestions. I like being creative so I am willing to try many techniques. After looking at your Facebook page, I'm thinking of asking YOU for tips.... I do like that we can use digital effects these days to 'do more' with a photo and make it more like a piece of art. It doesn't have to be the greatest thing on earth, just something we are pleased with and it's nice if someone else likes it as well.
