Dumping photos

I want to know how people can just dump dozens of images on this site of the same subject and not be more particular about the quality. Why are they not embarrased about the junk they are sharing with other photographers. I stopped using another site because there was page after page of boring, unartistic photos. I don't think I'm being a snob, I just don't like wading through so much trash in search of decent photographs. Anybody else feel the same way?
