Hi Sharon,
this is simply called 'Cross Processing'
Making a curves adjustment layer in Photoshop and adjusting the highlights, shadows and curves of the red, green and blue channels will give you more control of the effect than just using a preset in Lightroom!
You can also introduce gradients which will fade an image like the one you uploaded.
This is a very quick run through 'curves' i did with a quick gradient fade from the left to provide an example.
