I am an old school photographer who is young at an older age. So, since I have worked with film for so many years and am transitioning to digital I am not conversant in all the "lingo" of digital. Can you please explain to me what EFIX data is, and why would it be important for someone to know that. Is it just the type of camera, lens focal length and exposure info? If that's the case then in my opinion it is of little practical use other than just being a curiosity.
I have to agree with Nathan, if you mean the data of exposure etc then this info is no good unless you know all the other data like light, indoor or out, weather etc. I am still learning about photography but one thing i have learnt is that camera setting that work one day might not work the next.
I think you mean EXIF data. The meta data the camera stores with the image in the file.
If you are asking for a critique or are looking for a problem fix, then we can look at the EXIF data to see what camera you used and how you had it set up. This may or may not be useful depending upon what you are asking.
I leave the EXIF data because some of my cameras put copyright information there for every shot. Some people use Save to Web in their editing software, which removes the EXIF data. I think it is simply a personal choice.
