I'm preparing for my first wedding photography this weekend too. What I've been doing is viewing other's wedding photos and making mental notes of the main points and things to get. I also asked the mother of the bride who asked me to do the photos of a list of specific photographs that she definitely wants and using that as a jump off point. Good luck!
Firstly make sure that all your batteries are fully charged, you have enough spare batteries (for flash) to last you for the whole wedding, ensure that your memory cards are clean and formatted.

You should have a list of photos that need to be taking (see in search engine for Wedding photos list and you will get some idea of what are the “must take” photos. Also, find out where you would take the group/individual shots, look at what the light is doing and from what direction it comes throughout the day, where are the shadows, will you need a reflector or fill in flash.
Sorry this may come a bit too late but you know for your next wedding.
