this worked , thank you so much james, I think this is a flash plug-in issue, I tried re-installing it but I'm still getting error messages

Hi Jan, occasionaly i have had the same problem. I have noticed that when the internet connection slows down then images do not tend to load, and also strangely, it seems to prefer images saved in the sRGB format as opposed to Adobe RGB. Hope this is of some help, Steve.

The upload (or sent) speed of your internet connection as dictated by your ISP and volume of traffic.
