The Photography Network - PictureSocial

I must say, I was reluctant to join another network site since I have joined several recently at the request of friends, but I must say, I am really impressed. I have been participating in photography sites for a few years. This site is so user friendly, I was able to upload lots of pictures and move around the site so quickly and accomplished more in a few hours what would have taken me days or weeks on other sites. I am hooked now.

I have loved photography for a long time but couldn't afford film photography and got very discouraged at my results. Once I had my first digital, I simply practiced, practiced, and practiced - the best teacher combined with good advice. I could simply delete, delete, delete and eventually I quit deleting - YIPPEE!! So for beginners - it is a brand new world out there with digital - the options are endless - I haven't begun to tap all the possibilities and look forward to learning and sharing so much on this site.

"Thanks John !..the crispness surprised me somewhat as i had used a 13mm close-up/macro extension tube attached to a 50mm Prime, the shot didn't need any sharpening in PS either. Oh, and no not yet, though i keep trying.. lol !!.."
