I bought a really good pair of shoes, some moisture wicking shorts and shirt, and painted racing stripes on my fat behind. For some reason, I can't seem to go fast enough to win a race. What am I doing wrong?

Well, Pappa, the answer is obvious.  What you bought is probably f-4 shorts.  If you had simply thought ahead and bought f-2.8 shorts you would be twice as fast.  It's astonishing to me that no one thought about that yet.  The other thing my friend "Missy Mwac", on Facebook, told me about cameras is that if you're having trouble with your camera, for instance, simply set it on "P", that stands for professional so I would look on the shoes to see if there's an "F" setting for fast.  Clearly, all you need is more stuff.

Papa I would suggest to cut down your losses and just take your shoes and accessories to Pawnstar. Just try to recover some of your investment.

LOL!!!!!!

Clicker just showed me the Digital Adidas! I bet they will make me go faster!

So, am I to understand in your line of thought Nathan, that if he were to purchase f1.4 shorts he'd be even better off and his legs would be moving so fast they would simply be a bokeh...uh I mean blur?

That's very possible, although at some point he will reach the limit of human speed which will keep him from breaking the sound barrier, but not limit the breaking of wind.  As to "bokeh", just limit it to a dozen roses at the finish line.

I would be able to travel at the speed of smell!!

I did some research and I think I see your problem...  You bought those old analogue Air Jordan shoes....   You should have bought the new computerized shoes.  You can check them out here:  http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/7643818/ns/health-fitness/t/first-compu...

I bet they could double your speed!

Those are AWESOME!! I can smell Olympic gold!

Maybe they could be re-programmed to multiply the force exerted by the legs in a forward movement.  I don't know if it's Mac or PC though.

Oh my! :-)

This conversation has been quite entertaining!! In your face and yet oh so discreet! Love it.
