I'm just helping out a bit, but here are the photos. It's helpful to post them here so that people don't have to scavenge around looking for your pictures to critique:

Thanks Peter!!! I thought about that actually on the way home from work! What did you think of the pictures? How can I improve on them???
Hi Sabrina.... did you shoot the photo's or were you the subject?
I took the photos of a friend from work. What do you think I could do to improve next time?
All of the photos are shot at about the same angle of photographer to subject. Change up your angle. Try stay away from the built in flash. The built in flash is too small and creates a harsh shadow on your subject. The bigger the light in relation to your subject the softer the shadows will be. Allow the shadows to help give depth to the face, flooding it with light will leave it flat.

Study light and how it acts. This will allow you do make it do your bidding :-)
Hi there, I think 4-7 and the last 14-16 are underexposed, and in general I think you could give your pictures a little more space? I'm really into close-ups, but somehow your pics feel to me a bit too "crowded"...

Cheers,
