Hi there,
I'm using Canon Pixus Pro 9500, which is named Pixma Pro 9500 in US. I was printing images with Easy Print Pro through Photoshop CS5.1 on Windows7 64bit.
However, when I launched EPP from Photoshop, PS has got crushed since last few weeks. I tried to donwload and reinstall new version from Canon HP, but nothing changed so far. Even I called Canon customer support, they also didn't solve this problem.
Does anyone know how to fix this problem???
I checked RAM and HDD, but nothing is detected. I tried system restore, it's same.
And my machine and software are in Japanese.
Thank you in advance.

Whenever I launched Easy Photo Print Pro, which is Canon plugin for Photoshop, PS stop running, and the error message comes up. It says that PS stop running like below;
Sorry, it's in Japanese,
Even I called Canon Support center, they also couldn't figure it out.
I guess my last option is that I have to re-install PS. Before that, if there are something to fix, I want to know.
If you know any idea, please let me know.
Thank you.

The Photoshop installation is pretty fast. It might be a lot quicker to uninstall and reinstall it than to try to troubleshoot the problem.

Do I need to unregister it, first?
Wow, I'll try this.
Thank you.
