I had one! Traded mine with a D300. Awesome camera! I have nothing bad to say about it! Get one, you'll see, it'll be worth your bucks ;-D

Hi Robin:
I have had mine for over a year, and truly love it!
It seems well thought out, fits ergonomic in the hand and takes great photos.
I have a couple issues with the onboard flash, but if you have a shoe mount, better yet.
The 18-108 lens that comes with the kit, is a great lens.

I am using a D90 & have no negative comments! Eventually I want to upgrade to a full frame camera but for now this is a wonderful camera!!

Hi Robin,
I recently purchased a Nikon D90 & Iike other respondents I love it!

I previously owned a Nikon D40x & although that was a fantastic entry level DSLR the D90 is a great step upwards to pro-consumer level.

My kit also also includes:
Nikon 18-200 VR lens
Sigma 10-20mm wide angle lens
Nikon SB400 speedlight
Nikon SB600 speedlight
UV & polarising filters

If you can afford a D90 I have no hesitation recommending it!

I HIGHLY recommend a Nikon D90. I got mine just over a year ago now and it is just perfect. The Nikon D40, D80 and D90 are all fantastic cameras. There is not a single thing about it that I don't like, can't say I will want to change cameras any time soon!
And the video on the D90 is a handy feature.

I just got my Nikon D90 at Thanksgiving and I LOVE IT! It takes great pictures which is awesome considering I am new to photography. So, as I am learning, I am still getting photo's worth sharing. It's a purchase you won't regret.
