Nikon lens any idea?

Had a look at what you have posted here, you don't seem to be suffering that much. A long lens with good light transmission and sharp focus will be expensive. Birds in flight that are close to you can be a challenge to focus on and track while panning. The further away they are, the smaller they are but the easier they are to capture.

You might try a 1.4 X or 2 X teleconverter but that will probably require you to focus manually and you will loose some light. Lens options and teleconverter options depend to a degree upon the body and lenses you have, I don't know if there are any restrictions with your Nikon. You might also look at lens rentals or used equipment.
