The Photography Network - PictureSocial

I love this photo, but something seems off.  Does it need less saturation or what?  Any suggestions to improve it would be appreciated>

Much better.  How did you blur the background?

Gaussian blur on a separate layer.

Did you crop a little as well?

Very little.  Necessary after the rotation to level the building.  Rotation was about 1.82 degrees clockwise.

Here is a similar, quick edit on the other one.

Here is another edit on the photo 'clicker' edited, I removed the blue cast from the trees, added a more autumn look to the fallen leaves, left, basicly removed some of the blue cast. 

Thanks. I think I like this look better than I do with the background blurred.  All the edits have been helpful and I really appreciate everybody's input.

Reg this is a nice version as well.  I just wanted to ask if you applied anything to the water reflection. I think removing the blue cast definitely helped.  The colors are great.  Thanks Nancy for this post I find them very interesting.
