some more specifics would help. what mac with which OS, is the image opening in preview or another program, and you 'drag the picture in' from where (camera, folder, card reader, or 'from my mac' to where)?
Hi sorry I'm running on Mac OS X. When I drag the photo from a folder it just opens the pic as if loaded onto the web page. I expected to see it reduced within the upload window but it takes up the whole screen so I can't see the site page at all.
Hello Susan,
How are you going about your uploads? Some sites do allow a 'drag-n-drop' load. I'm not sure this is one of them. On this site, first I go to my photos, I've just clicked on the 'add photos' button, then on the next page click on 'click to add photos' button, which is in the window labeled 'add photos from your computer'.
Once there, a Mac Finder window pops up, allowing me to navigate to where my photos are on my computer, usually the Pictures folder or my Desktop. Just click on the one(s) I want, then hit OK. If you'd like more than one, hold down the Command key as you select each one.
You should then see the next PictureSocial page which lists your photos, then click on the 'upload' button, which then uploads them and brings up the 'add description' page.
Give it a shot and see how it works for you.
