Hate to bother you with this question and not sure if this is the correct place to ask it. But here goes.
I have a friend that has decided to do a couple paintings. She asked me if I would photograph them when she's finished and post the photos on the web. She just wants an "on-line" place where she can send people who may be interested in buying her paintings to see photos of them.
I was wondering if it is ok to post the pictures of her paintings on PictureSocial as part of "My Page" (as stand alone photos and/or as part of an album).
PS: I did read the terms of service, but was still unsure. Don't want to do anything improper.
I checked out Redbuble and it seems a little overkill for Ann right now. I don't even know how well she paints - was just trying to do her a favor. She doesn't own a computer and just has a cell phone camera. Therefore, she asked if I would take photos of a couple paintings she is currently doing (I don't think she's finished yet) and post them somewhere on-line where people could see them if they choose - there would be no text or links to indicate the paintings are for sale.
More specifically, would it be against PictureSocial's policy if I added an album to "My Page" (http://www.picturesocial.com/profile/SkeeterKortz/), named it somthing like "Ann's Paintings" and put these photos there? I would not be adding her contact information or, as I said, would not be adding anything that indicated the paintings in the photos are for sale. The pictures of her paintings would be on PictureSocial for viewing only - any dealings to sell the paintings would be her business to handle.
I would ask this question directly of PictureSocial, but cannot figure how to contact them.
