Hey all, I need some help with making images into HDR or High Dynamic Range. I vaguely remember going over a few points in class like 6 months ago, now with a budding photography biz I would like to make some sweet HDR's for my clients in places that it fits.

Now, I know that when shooting I need to bracket, but outside of the shooting part I'm lost. I cant remember for the life of me what to do in photoshop. I know there is a program or something that will make this a ton easier but I'd like to know the more hands-on approach. Any hints, tips or ticks would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Nick

You need Photomatix and Photoshop. :) There are some great tuts out there.. just Google HDR Tutorial and Photomatix.
I use Adobe Lightroom (to adjust my exposures from one single image), Photomatrix (to generate the HDR), then I run through Photoshop (currently using PS7 right now....) to make some final adjustments. Please see my HDR album for some samples.... good luck!! Sean
I agree with both above. To get the best results in the least amount of time I would recommend both Photmatix Pro (not Photomatrix with a "R") and Photoshop. Photomatix pro is the Photoshop of HDR.
great help everybody, thanks! I'm pretty sure I have it figured out now.

Thanks again!
