UK (Hampshire) Derelict Industrial Sites for a Photoshoot??!!

Hi,

I live quite close to Basingstoke and I've got a photoshoot with a local rock band on Friday and we've agreed with each other that the kind of setting we want is an old derelict, industrial warehouse type setting - but I can't seem to find any place thats close. I've googled loads and seached forums but everywhere is an hour out or its guarded by high security.

Pyestock was where we would go but I found out that the only way to shoot there is to trespass and climb the back fence to get in... :S We're not going to do that...so I've posted this for some help to see if anyone in the UK does know of anywhere like this thats near the Basingstoke area please?
