Can anyone tell me why some of my pics dont fill the thumbnails? Im looking at the all photos tab on the bottom of the main page of this site and some of my photos have white around them. I am cropping them wrong?

I don't know why your photos would have a white around them in the slideshow box - It seems to be the result of your cropping. Try opening an image on your computer to see if the box is there. It looks like whatever program you are using to crop you images is filling the cropped out area with white.
Take your serafina15.jpg for instance. The photo is 550 px wide and 333 px tall, but the file is 550 px X 400 and the extra pixels top and bottom are all white.

James guess is as good as any. It looks like you are cropping the image but not the canvas so it leaves a white background. What editor are you using to crop?
In your case I would advise you to try Photoshop, within the Edit Menu there is a crop tool, its usually like a square, that tool will solve your problem
The last pictures you uploaded seem to fill the thumbnails so you must have figured out the cropping problem. Congratulations.
I think what I was doing wrong was I was cropping but not to a regular size. Now I crop to 8x10 and can alwasy adjust later from the prignal. Thats all I cahnged so I figure that must be it. I dont know haha. :)
