Utah / Colorado Photo Opps

My wife and I will be in Moab for a conference, well she'll be conferencing for 4 days and I'll have my D300, lens, and tripods....we will have 2 days before and after the conference for site seeing and pictures.  I'm looking for photo opps in that area as well as anything along the I-70 corridor between Denver and Moab.

I know, 'Dude, it's Colorado!!!'...but I don't want to miss the great places and take pictures of mountains all day ;-)

I've just started researching, decide this week we were going....so any help would be apreciated.
