i have a simple question about the price that a photographer should take by shooting someone's car is there any aspects of evaluating the price or its just fixed ?
Depends what they want.. and what there going to use it for. Are they just trying to sell the car? Are you marketing to a dealership? Are you going to be photographing a studio shot? Or just as is with a decent bkgd? If it's just for a picture of a car to sell or for personal use.. think of how much your own time is worth.. travel, camera depreciation.. ect.. you don't wanna cheat yourself out.
I shot a few cars in studio for a dealership for a billboard.. I DID NOT produce the billboard just the TIFF files. But had to be extreme quality, which a normal DSLR won't produce. Shot with a blad 40mp back. Thankfully my buddy has one! :) Since this was a specialty picture i charged for 4 cars, $2500
