I was wondering how you like to photograph your subjects. Do you prefer to use natural light for its obvious benefits of being very soft, flattering and free....or do you use studio lights/flash, strobes to give you more flexibility?
I have always loved natural light portraits. I like being able to manipulate what I have available to me and make it work. I also like using light and shadow in many of my images. But I received my first off camera flash and have played with it and like that I usually get properly exposed images....now I am toying with lighting....not sure what to do with it, but I guess I will figure it out.
ya its true i love natural lights for took snaps in my lovely eye-sights bcs some times it maybe seems lovely as you said every moments natural light make clicks better in our life more perfect with evening sunlight i choode to pref:
I use both. I have some small strobes (SL 150) and I try to use as much natural light as I can. I am getting ready to invest into some Alien Bees, but still doing some research on how much light I will need.
I use natural light only. I have a flash for my camera, but still need a lot of time to figure out how to properly use it. I am not a big fan of studio photography and the lighting that goes with it. I am more of a natural, candid photographer.
Depends on what I am going for. I love natural light but like using strobes to control the shadows in outside settings. If they want more of a studio setting I use my strobes there. I have flash points 320 and 620 strobes.
