Sean, the Parke County Bridge map shows that the elusive bridge has been moved.  Hopefully I can get a newer map and find it it's on CR 100N -- but that's a lot of area.

I drove past the one on the golf course yesterday, next time I will stop andd shot it.  I'm not sure about the other one you are referring to.  I will have to look it up and see if I can find it.  Parke County is so much fun, between the bridges and the Amish settlements that I follow -- I can spend the whole day on the back roads and only come close to town when I need to eat.

I think the only Parke Co bridges we havent shot were the one on the golf course, then there is one called State Sanitorium or something like that.... we couldnt find that one....

Linda has been visiting Parke Co, IN!! I love Parke Co!!

but... on my last trip to Parke Co, we skipped it and went to Putnam Co!! Another great collection of covered bridges in Putnam Co....!!!

I'm new to this group!  I live in Georgia.  I wanted to tellyou about a book that I have called Covered Bridges of the South written by Richard Sanders Allen.  It's given me some great ideas of where the bridges are.  It's an older book, but still usable.  I'll post pics later.
