need some feedback on how to improve this type of image, do I need to blur the background or leaving it the same with narrow depth of field

Hi I guess the picture is a bit cluttered. there's so much things going on. Perhaps maybe you need to try crop the picture on where you want to focus?

Hello! blurring the background will make the action stand-out and lead the viewers eyes towards it...i guess there's too much distraction at the back.
