the picture of the young lady looks pretty good for your first  try.

 

    look for richard kolinsky   he can tell you better.  his pictures are very good.

well done on your first try - I'm by no means an expert but when i open the image it seems a bit blurry to me which suggests possible camera shake...notice the wedding band that's got a bit of haze to it. I haven't tried something like this myself but I would suggest increasing the shutter speed to minimize camera shake - or use a tripod - but using a tripod will limit your movement and therefore the possible angles you can shoot from which make this genre so interesting! Keep practicing and sharing - would love to see your shots.
