I guess I took 10 bad ones before I finally got a good one.  (if it's good)  but I'm learning.

Practice makes perfect.  Just keep clicking and you will be surprised what you will end up with.  Macro's are a little tricky sometimes.
Vicki, I see you finally found a way to post your photos.  Are you using Firefox or Google Chrome?  Just curious...

S Lloyd Winn....I had to start a new discussion to post this picture.  I wanted to post a pic in the comment section.  It still want let me.  So I started playing around with other options and clicked on "Start a New Discussion" and from their I could upload.  The regular comment box want let me.

Linda....Macro is new to me.  I just got this lens and I'm just tickled to have it.  i've messed up quite a few and gotten very frustrated but I'm still trying.  I did go to the Firefox website and checked it out.  I never downloaded it becaue I'm a little scared to.  I'm just not familiar with it and I've never heard of it.  Please don't be offended by me now taking your advise.  I may try it..  just not sure right now because I've never heard of it.  I've always used Internet Explorer browser's and I'm not pleased with my new upgrade.  I don't like it at all!

Vicki, Firefox is a program that can be deleted very easy if you don't think you'll like it.  I do wish you would install it and simply give it a whirl for a day or two before trying to upload any photos with it or Google Chrome.  I've been using it for 8-10 years and don't even know Internet Explorer exist anymore.  In fact, why don't you start a new discussion on Firefox and just see how many people will respond to your discussion.  You will be surprised my dear.
Vicki, I'm not offended in the slightest.  Whatever works for you is what you need to use.  I have Google Chrome and Foxfire on both of my machines at home (desktop and laptop - this one is devoted to my photography) and I switch back and forther between EI9 and either one of the others.  I have never heard anything bad about Chrome or Foxfire, but again it's whatever you are comfortable with.  Just glad that you are able to post your photos.  Just keep clicking!!!
Linda....I did it!  And Iove it!!!  I downloaded the Foxfire and then I was able to download one of my picture.  Thank you so much for the advise.   It takes me a while to do things.  I'm so scared I will mess something up.  But I really like it.  My picture went through real quick.
Congratulations -- and a little fear of unknown programs is healthy.  I'm sure you do this but just make sure you have good anti-virus and backup your work religiously -- you never know when you are going to need it and you dont' want to loose all your photos.
Yes..you are so right.  I have a good anti-virus and also I have a seperate hardrive that I download all my pictures to.  So if my computer ever does crash and something go wrong...I have my pictures in a different hard-drive.  I'm still playing with this foxfire.  I just figured out how to set my homepage.  Thanks again.  I really like it.  I was getting so frustrated with my internet explorer9.  I finally said...Well?  What can I lose?  It's gotta be better than this!  LOL!!!!!!  AND IT IS!!

It is a wonderful photo Vicki. I particularly like the background out of focus. It makes the rest really stand out.
