PhotoMatix by HDRSoft.com has a trial version you can play with and Photoshop has built in HDR capabilities.

SNS-HDR  (http://www.sns-hdr.com/) also has free software, as well as trial versions for Home or Pro - (Just remember to select English on their website - Top Right Corner)

They produce a freeware called "picturenaut"
