I feel the second one is way overdone and comes across as unnatural. I would keep the water as is.

I like the first one with the waterfall.  This picture is very nice.  I agree with Jack as for the lower picture over done.  It would be fun to use with some kind of poem, or writing it is very nice but I would not hang it by itself.

Love the bottom one. But then again, I do A LOT of HDR photography and go for an unnatural look.
