Hi everyone,

I have just moved to Geelong. I have only been shooting for about 18 months but love photography, especially landscape and macro. Am currently enrolled in the Photography Institute and am learning heaps. I have been shooting with a Nikon D60 but have just returned from a short visit to New York to visit my daughter and lashed out and bought a Nikon D7000 body - it is just magical - I just have to spend some time learning how to use it. I also have recently acquired Adobe Lightroom 3 and Adobe Photoshop CS5, so there are big learning curves taking place. Really looking forward to chatting, sharing and learning lots from you all!

Hi All, just wanted to say hello, and let you know that if there are any meets or excursions that I would be very interested. I live out in Drouin, around 1.5 hours from the city centre, if there are any Gippsland Photogs also in the area, say hello !! Cheers, Barry
