Holiday Lights Photography - December 2011

This month the contest theme is Holiday Lights Photography. At this time of year, many of the world's cultures and religions celebrate holidays that involve lights. Trying to capture these scenes well can be very difficult but ultimately very rewarding.

Enter a photo by joining the group and attaching the photo to your response in this discussion, not a new discussion.

Contest Rules:
1. Entry photos must be somehow related to Holiday Lights Photography.
2. If you enter a photo - it must be your own work.
3. Post-processing or photo editing is allowed, but keep in mind if you go overboard on it, people probably won't vote for your photo.
4. 1 photo per person per month.
5. Members can give their opinions about entries, and then the entries will be narrowed down to three in the last few days of the month for final voting in a new discussion.

I like the different colored trees. Unfortunately the secondary light sources (street lights, security light on the building) are messin' up your shot. Are you good at throwing rocks?...kidding!

I know what you mean, I don't like them yellow street lights, but I couldn't find a rock to throw LOL, and I really don't know how to photograph at night, but wanted to try anyways.
