I've been taking a lot of long exposures at night of different things that give off light, traffic, fountians, etc, and it got me thinking of doing some during the day, Ive gotten a few but I cant set the shutter speed to low or it captures to much light. Ive heard of a filter you can buy that makes it darker or soemthing along those lines. Any Ideas what the filters called?
