I would say keep the blue but make it a bit of a lighter blue to try and give that illusion of the moon shining upon it. Other than that, beautiful photo.
Hi Brandy,
nice idea trying to create the eeriness in moonlight
Several reasons why this doesn't quite work for me,
The image comes over a little in the snap shot genre because the building appears to be 'leaning backwards'
This is what happens when you don't get the verticals parallel with your sensor - try taking the subject from a higher POV to square the architecture.
Another way is using an ultra wide lens and pointing at the lower half then crop down the top part in post.
Also you had space at the side in this you could have correct it in Photoshop or a more precise software is:
http://www.dxo.com/us/photo/dxo_optics_pro/features where you can correct easily 'keystoning' manually.
The over vivid blues especially the flower takes some of the atmosphere away in this for me and the large blocky bottom right shadow gets a bit distracting - a smaller creepier shadow with thinner branches imho would have worked better.
The last thing is the amount of background noise especially generated in the sky - as the ISO was 400 it can only be produced by the style of processing you have used..
