Beach 025 does not look like much of a beach.  I can't read the inscription on the statue but it is not your fault I am illiterate.

There is some red fringing on the edges.  Items at the very left edge appear vertical, those at the right edge seem to lean into the photo.  This is probably the result of  a wide lens being aimed slightly upward.  Some editing programs have the ability to fix fringing and converging verticals.  If the image were going to appear in a magazine with an article printed on the sky, then the framing would work very well, otherwise most of the sky could be cropped out.  You could do a portrait crop and just keep the statue, and sun -- eliminating a lot of the clutter on the ground, the buildings and people.  Or, you could do more of a landscape crop to keep the buildings and people if the setting has some significance.

Beach 020 is the beach.  It looks like a fairly low shutter speed shot and it is not sharp because of that.  The interesting thing is the water splashing up the ankles.  The whites are a bit burned out.  As he is looking to the right, it might have been better to place him on the left side.

I agree with CameraClicker...Beach 025 doesnt look like beach at all. The people near the bottom of the statue I think are a bit distracting and take away from the photo. I think a good crop would be just the statue so it would be more like a silhouette...there is a lot of sky...

Beach 020 is blurry which I think takes away severly from the shot. Also I think that if some sky was included it would give more of a serene calm feeling to the overall photo. I think it would go great since the man seems to be just enjoying the ocean...
