Sorry for the late reply. This was taken in Chicago. Lots of tracks here. I'm pretty sure these were defunct.

I rotated it clockwise 8 then I did some saturation.I thought it would be a little more interesting and abstract with a different angle and some of the distracting building cropped out of it.

These tracks have a lot of character. I would shoot from an angle close down to the tracks and concentrate on one or two tracks. Also, a b&w conversion may benefit. I cropped and adjusted saturation and contrast but still not the angle I would prefer. Are these tracks still functional because a train on them would be a fantastic shot.
