I really like the first one and the only changes I would make is I would take out the slightly grey/black area in the top right hand corner and possibly try to get rid of the shadow on the wall behind her head - you could do this is PS but probably it would have been better not to have the shadow there in the first place. Obvously the lighting is making this shadow and I don't know enough about this stuff to give you any advice on how to stop that. Other than those very small details I think it looks great. I like the comp, her expression and it looks natural. If you are trying for a fashion shot (which I think you are - maybe you can tell us) then I think it works.
I don't however like the second one nearly as much as the background doesn't work for me and I don't like her facial expression nearly as much. As far as the lighting goes it is comming from the right and you can see it is throwing slight shadows which I think you don't want. Overall it doesn't work nearly as well as the first shot in my opion.
