Jack the first one everything seems to centred, still a nice scene.

Second one is leaning slightly.

Third, great shot.

2308 is a nice scene.  I am having trouble with the shadows though.  The fence is throwing obvious strong shadows.  The tree and shack do not seem to have shadows.

2307 is not leaning, it has a little keystone distortion.  The pillars on the left side are vertical, on the right side the vertical lines are tilted a little.

2304 has sensor dust in the sky.  And, a dark shape in the upper left corner.

2307 is not level at ther end of the passage,  the step? is 1.86 degrees CCW out, that is if CS5 is correct.

I feel sorry for the "clicker" he follows me round this site contradicting just about all I say, but then  maybe thats the way he gets his kicks, if I said something was black he would say its white. poor man.

Its quite clear to me that the tree is down a bank, the top of the tree is casting a shadow over the shack, you can clearly see it on the path. At full screen the image is still tack sharp.

CS5 has probably measured what you asked it to with precision.  Just because you can measure something, does not mean you should.  If you are using CS5, try rotating the image 0.8 CCW in lens correction and dialing in +4 Vertical Perspective Transform.  That will bring all the vertical lines vertical.  Horizontal lines are extremely unreliable as an indication of level unless the line is the result of a body of water at the horizon.  Vertical lines are a much better indicator of level, unless you are taking your photos in Pizza.

Presumably the shadow cast by the fence is caused by sunlight?  Shadows from sunlight are parallel?  The fence is casting a strong shadow.  Where the tree is above the ground, I would expect to see a shadow in the same general direction as that from the fence post.  There may be some natural phenomenon that prevents the shadow, but I am surprised it is not there.  I am also surprised that while a fence post that is probably about 3 feet tall can cast a shadow right out of the photo, a building two to three times taller seems to have no shadow where I would expect it to fall.

2308 I think would have looked better as a landscape but it's ok as it is. I like the contrast.

2307 is awesome, I'd just lose the frame.

2304. The only recommendation I'd have is to crop it to end just above the rocks so it's more landscape oriented and leaves teh train as the main subject.
