I like the idea of your cactus(?) but it seems a little out of fucus. Maybe if you increased the f.stop slightly to pull the whole plant into focus?

Wicked detail on the second one, but i can't quite put my finger on it. i think its the black background.

The third orchid is a bit out of focus but a great subject. Great ideas though.

Nice details, but to me the shots seem a little clinical - like they belong in a text book. Maybe changing the angle or the distance from the flower would help.
