Photography as a Business

I don't currently consider myself a "professional" photographer, but I was recently asked by the manager of a real estate office if they could purchase some of my photos for the purpose of making into art for the walls in their office.  Any advice on the best way for me to proceed would be appreciated.  Like should I sell them the photos they like on a CD for them to print as they wish?  How much would I charge for such a thing?  I really have no idea.  Thanks in advance.

I'm currently working on building my photography business. Presently I am trying to increase my web site's Google ranking anyone any idea's or tips. I have searched the internet and have done everything I have found on Google help page as well as many other suggestions. However my page still has a score of 1/10.

Hows Everyone.. I love photography and what inspired me was how powerful a picture with the right eye could make something so simple appear more than what it seem.

Hi everyone.. new to site and photography I was leaning torwards starting a little business and need some help evaluating my pictures. I am self taught with no formal training. Any help good bad or indifferent would be awsome..

I don't shoot often and have only been behind the camera off and on for a little over a year.. still not into that mode yet with juggling fatherhood and life.. :P
