nice video.... as for me, currently i am guiding and helping the new age photographers not much on their skills as skills will come along later on but i am guiding them and shaping them to be a better photographer. In terms of their attitude and the appreciation of photography. Having a good PR and providing good services to the clients is part of it, also on the appreciation of photography. I hope what ever i am doing can be consider in shaping my community and the world in a positive way :)
