I took some shots in Reno, on a dreary grey-skied day.  everything looks cool except for the sky... anyone have tips on how to add a blue sky to the pic... see below

Select the sky, copy and paste into. 1) select that layer and paste a sky into it or add color by way of 'blending options'

I would go with something similar to what Ron says below, but for a real sky feel, I would go outside on a nice day with a few clouds, and snap a few photos of just the sky.... over saturate by 1 or 2 clicks to get good blues and underexpose by a click or two as well... then just select the sky from your photo and drag your clouds into it. Can't wait to see the result!
